Shipping and Delivery

AlAtabahpk delivers orders across Pakistan. This page explains our current delivery process, estimated timelines and delivery charges.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 4 working days. Remote areas may take a little longer depending on courier coverage and local conditions.

Courier partners

Orders may be dispatched through TCS, Leopards or PostEx, depending on the destination and service availability.

Delivery charges

Delivery is generally Rs. 250–350, depending on the courier and destination. The final charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 10,000, subject to the applicable order and service conditions.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives. We may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Order tracking

After dispatch, we share the tracking number with you. You can use it to follow the shipment with the relevant courier. For help, visit our Contact Us page.

Delivery notes

• Please provide a complete and reachable delivery address and phone number.
• Keep your phone available around the expected delivery date.
• Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays or remote-area coverage.
• For damaged, incorrect or faulty items, follow the Return and Refund Policy.
